- Visit our hospital. Just give the receptionist your e-mail address.
- Call us on the phone and give us your e-mail address.
Once you provide us with your e-mail address you'll receive your password by e-mail.
How do I view my Petly?
You view your Petly by visiting our website and using your e-mail address and password to sign in. You must have "cookies" turned on in your browser in order to sign-in. You can bookmark the sign-in page.
